Nothing exciting was planned for Day #4, as time was running short for us. Roamed around the beach after a marvellous breakfast at The Tamarind. Went to the other end of the beach and saw the beach house that they’re constructing. No worries though, throughout our time at Japamala we detected absolutely no noise as the result of the construction. Took the opporunity to snap the last few photos at Japamala before we returned to Singapore.
Checking out was a breeze. Leave your luggage in your room and they’ll be automatically brought to the jetty. Sat down at the lobby and went through our bill with Phyo. Cash or credit card, both accepted. Everything was done in less than 5 minutes, and there was no error in our bill. As we walked to Mandi Mandi to board our speedboat, Japamala staff said their goodbyes and definitely, we’ll be back one day.
Time flies when we’re having the time of our lives. Just a while ago, we arrived on the island not knowing what to expect. And now, it seemed that we can’t even bear to leave this little slice of paradise. For sure, Japamala will have a special place in both our hearts.
