As travellers who simply adore spa and/or massage, it would be a crime not to indulge in one at the land of smiles – Thailand. After some research, we decided upon Divana Massage & Spa which offers a decent package at a reasonable price, nothing too shabby.

It is important to note that there is a total of three outlets under the banner of Divana Massage & Spa so don’t end up at the wrong one! We had made a reservation (highly recommended, as we spotted more than one couple who were there when we visited) for a 90-minutes session of Aromatherapy Body Massage at 1,650 Thai Baht per pax.
As we were running late and didn’t want to spend time navigating our way to the spa, we took a cab instead of the subway.
The main building is shrouded in its own garden.
Try to insist on an indoor seating area, there are mosquitoes in the area! *horror*
The luxurious looking area while we waited for our session. As usual, we had to fill in a form indicating if we had any issues or problem areas to focus/avoid.
Divana Spa & Massage provided a cold towel and a lovely welcome drink. The plate on the right contains the choices that we can have for our Aromotherapy Massage.
After we were done, we were led into our private room with its own safe so that we could keep our valuables.
After the massage, we were served yet another drink to sooth our throats, together with a passion fruit and banana desert. Pure bliss.
As for the massage, I would say that it was good. Not mind-blowing fantastic, but great for its price and way better than many that we’ve tried. For its price of 1,650 Thai Baht, we had a great experience at Divana Massage & Spa!
